Warehouse employee

Hey you there! Have you been working as a warehouse employee for several years now and are you looking for a new challenge? Then we are looking for you.

For a logistics organization in Almere Haven, we are looking for employees who want to work the evening shift (13:00 – 21:30)! You will make sure that all orders are collected and prepared. It is important that you work efficiently, because if you meet your targets, you will receive a bonus!

Besides picking orders, you are also responsible for preparing pallets, loading and unloading and keeping the warehouse tidy. Do you show that you are a warehouse topper and would you eventually like to pick up and learn more? Then there are various opportunities for self-development, such as obtaining a combination truck certificate or expanding your range of tasks.

We are looking for you if you meet the following requirements:

• Experience in the warehouse;
• In possession of own transport (in connection with accessibility of the location);
• Immediately available for 24 to 40 hours per week and you live in or near Almere;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language.

This vacancy includes:

• a salary of € 13,- gross per hour;
• a 25% allowance for evening hours;
• a travel allowance with a maximum of € 185.00 per month, maximum € 10.37 per day worked;
• training opportunities through UBN for obtaining a reach, lift or combination truck certificate;
• A nice bonus scheme!

If you meet the following requirements, you have the chance to win a weekly bonus of 4.7% of your gross salary:

• You achieve the set targets (165 tasks per day);
• You are on time every day;
• You do not have any absences scheduled for that week.
